WebThis is often interpreted as saying that there is no evidence that high wage workers work for high wage rms and is used to justify theoretical models in which there is no sorting between workers and rms (Postel-Vinay and Robin, 2002; Christensen, Lentz, Mortensen, Neumann and Werwatz, 2005). This paper argues that this conclusion is unmerited.
