Therefore, I thought it’d be interesting to compare the two. I also purposely picked a Chilean Pais made on volcanic soil to compare with the volcanic soils of the Canary Island wine. WebChile is a thin strip of land sandwiched between the Pacific ocean and the Andes mountains. Its position creates a massive air conditioner effect – sucking cool ocean air inland.
