Through a collaborative research effort between Vanderbilt University and the Orange County Public School System in Florida, the READ 180pilot was used with more than 10,000 students between 1991 and 1999. WebIn Year 1, READ 180® students received the program 4 days per week in 60-minute sessions for 23 weeks. In Year 2, three of the four study schools changed the schedule so that the program was implemented for only 2 days per week in 90-minute sessions.
